Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your jewelry. If for any reason you need to make an exchange, we offer exchanges within 10 business days of purchase.

To qualify for an exchange:

• Items must be in their original condition.

• Unworn, undamaged, and not altered in any way.

• Returned with all original packaging and certificates (if applicable).

Please note:

• Custom or personalized pieces, engraved items, and special orders are final sale and cannot be exchanged.

• Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for exchange.
